I reached out to customer service and waited for a reply, but nobody ever got back to me. After a while, I just gave up haha.

"Pretty decent, but not totally what I expected"
The ingredients seem mostly decent, but a couple of the formulas still had things my skin usually doesn’t get along with. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit cleaner overall. It’s not bad, but that part was weird.

"Skin quiz got it so wrong!!"
I took the skin quiz hoping it would match me with something good for my dry, sensitive skin, but the products felt completely off!! They ended up breaking me out, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to keep using them. Super frustrating experience

"Good for my sensitive skin"
I ordered a few things from reneerouleau.com and, honestly... my skin actually handled them well, which almost never happens for me. One of the products did tingle a little at first, but there wasn’t any redness afterward, so that was a relief. Shipping was fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because, yeah... it’s a bit pricey.

"Helpful for my routine, but not perfect"
The routine tips were clear and helped me figure out how to use my products better. It’s not like it fixed everything overnight, but it made my skincare feel a bit more organized and less confusing. Definately useful overall.

"Worth paying a little more"
I kind of assumed this would be like most pricier skincare stuff, where it feels nice but runs out fast. Surprisingly, the bottles have lasted longer than I expected, and my skin seems to really like it. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for me, it feels worth spending a bit extra.

"Ridiculously slow shipping"
I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting. At this point, it’s frustrating, and I blame the company for not getting it shipped out properly or keeping me updated. This should not take this long.

"Not sure what this was supposed to do"
I used it expecting at least some kind of change, but my skin looked exactly the same. Maybe it works for some people, but in my case it felt like I was just putting on a product that had been talked up way more than it should’ve been.
